It applies to the bedrokmedia.com website (the “Site”) and our proprietary Bedrok Methodology services, including Voice AI Agent interactions.

We act as the data controller for all global data. Our global affiliates act as local facilitators. This policy is designed to comply with US federal and state laws (including CCPA/CPRA, BIPA, and Texas CATA) and emerging 2026 state privacy frameworks.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use, Refund & Dispute Policy, and Merchant Account FAQ, which provide additional guidance on payments, billing, and dispute resolution.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect Personal Information necessary to operate our services:

  • Contact Data: Name, business email, phone number, and company details.
  • Voice & Audio Data: Recordings and transcripts from calls processed by Voice AI Agents for lead qualification, verification, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, cookies, and tracking information.
  • Biometric Note: We process voice audio for intent and language understanding. We do not create or store unique voiceprints for identification purposes without explicit, separate consent.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for legitimate business purposes:

  • Service Fulfillment: Qualifying and connecting inbound calls or other lead types to Clients on a pay-per-call or pay-per-lead basis.
  • AI Improvement: Training Voice AI Agents using de-identified data.
  • Integration: Mapping leads to Client CRMs, calendars, or other approved systems.
  • Verification & Dispute Resolution: Validating inquiries for billing accuracy and dispute handling in line with our Refund & Dispute Policy.
  • Fraud Prevention: Sharing limited data with Stripe or other processors to evaluate risk, prevent unauthorized activity, and ensure secure payments.

4. DATA SHARING & TRANSFERS

We disclose information only as necessary:

  • Affiliates: Support teams in Australia, the Philippines, and the United States.
  • Service Providers: Third-party processors, including Stripe, who comply with SOC 2 or equivalent security standards. Payment processors may receive information necessary to process transactions, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
  • Clients: Verified leads and call data delivered per our agreements.
  • No Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cross-Border Transfers: By using the Site or our services, you consent to transfers, storage, and processing of your data outside your country of residence, including the United States, Australia, and the Philippines, under reasonable contractual safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. DATA RETENTION

  • Audio/Transcripts: Retained for 12 months, then securely deleted, unless legal hold applies.
  • Business Records: Retained up to 7 years for tax, legal, or compliance purposes.

6. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING & AI

Our Voice AI Agents make automated qualification decisions. Where permitted by law, you may request:

  • The logic or criteria used for automated decisions
  • Human review of automated outcomes

7. CALL RECORDINGS & VERBAL CONSENT

All qualification calls are recorded for compliance, training, and quality assurance. Callers are notified at call start: “This call may be recorded.” We obtain explicit verbal consent before partner transfers for example: “Do I have your permission to connect you to [partner] using the details shared? Say ‘stop’ to decline.”

Recordings stored on US servers under our US LLC-AU Pty Ltd intercompany agreement ensuring APP 8 compliance. Access limited to Australian Pty Ltd compliance team. Retention: 7 years. Contact support@bedrokmedia.com for access/deletion requests.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access & Delete: View or erase your data.
  • Correct: Fix inaccuracies.
  • GPC Signals: We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Opt-Out Requests: Ask that your data not be used for certain processing activities.

9. SECURITY MEASURES

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:

Third-party providers, including Stripe, are contractually required to maintain similar protections.

10. PAYMENT & PROCESSOR DISCLOSURE

  • Payments for Bedrok Media services are processed via third-party platforms, including Stripe.
  • Payment processors may collect, store, or use limited personal information for billing, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
  • All billing disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are subject to our Refund & Dispute Policy and Merchant Account FAQ.
  • Excessive disputes or chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Arbitration provisions described in our Terms of Use also apply.
